If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, please call us within 15 days of your purchase to arrange for an exchange, credit, or refund.
Benchmark Mobility, Inc. return policy is as follows:
- No unauthorized returns will be accepted. A return authorization number can be obtained from Benchmark Mobility, Inc. by calling (317) 337-9957.
- No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the original date of purchase unless the original manufacturer's warranty provides for a longer period of time.
- All returns and exchanges must be received in new and resalable condition. There will be no exceptions.
- Sorry, but for health reasons Benchmark Mobility, Inc. is unable to accept returns or exchanges of some products.
- Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser.
- All returns are subject to a returned item charge, not to exceed 25% of original purchase amount.
To make a return or exchange:
- Call Benchmark Mobility, Inc. at (317) 337-9957 for a return authorization number. Write this number on the outside of your return shipment. Then send or bring the package to:

- Credit is based on the original invoice price and excludes freight charges.
